Man this is sad news:( he was a great man and teammate. Redwings website has a very nice video if anyone hasn't seen it yet. Short but sweet. Lots of great memories from his playing days. Another player who I wish was on the team when they won the cup in 97

I think Babs has done a fine job with the team this year. Yet we are forgetting a man who has great leadership and teachings for young players. Tom Renney has brought a lot of help in the development of the youngsters during this year. And it is showing.

Heres a thought. Wouldn't it be great to take the old train station move it and make a new arena out of it something like they did with thehudson building. It would be expensive to move and take longer than just building a new one. But it would be a great thing to a wonderful piece of MI history. Other than becoming what it already has become.
