You're assuming Filps, Draper and Homer have a rebound year. You're also assuming Abdelkader, Leino and Helm will have an awesome breakout year. If these things don't happen, well......we're gonna hurt a bit.

Can anyone show some appreciation? This guy has been a Wing for 10 years and has become a main face in the Wings organization. Everyone here just seems to be happy that he's gone. Though its for the best, it was an absolute pleasure having him on the team this past decade and its dad to see him go.

So awesome. I can't tell you how much I despise Eklund. Not only does he create rumor after rumor that turns out to be false (or if he IS right, he found out from a news article just like the public can) but he also has the audacity to CHARGE people! Ugh

No offense dude, but Pittsburgh will NEVER become HockeyTown. Don't forget, though you may all be happy now, a few years ago the team was on the verge of bankruptcy and almost moved to another city. The "dedicated" fan base didn't seem so dedicated then.

I think when it comes to the Western conference they are, but overall, I think after two match ups in Stanley Cup, the Penguins are now the main rivals.

This won hurts terribly. I really wish it was a blowout. The fact that we score one late AND hit one off the post just makes this hurt oh so much more. Oh, and the Pens winning the Cup at the Joe doesn't help.
