I think you're confused between a bruise and a concussion. They can can VERY serious and have ended some players' careers.

My god, I can't believe I'm saying this, but I really hope that Holland makes ZERO moves before the trade deadline. People who know me here know that in the past years, if Holland didn't make some major moves, I'd call for his head. Well, we finally have the extra forward we so desperately needed in the Hoss. The fact is, this time....its different. We have an all-star team wearing the red wheel. This team doesn't need more or less of anything (maybe a TAD bit more grit). This time, its all about synergy. Thats right guys, synergy. This team has yet to find their common grove and is what has held them back. On paper, this is easily the best team on the ice. Off paper, well, they aren't meshing 100% yet. If they can find that spark, that grove, and get it together, then this team has a major shot at a repeat title. Adding players is not what we need. Some people just like seeing new faces on a team before the deadline cause, well, its refreshing......its fun.....you get a new player in NHL 09.....more talk about, etc. But we have to do whats smart guys......

I can say this with just about the utmost certainty. If Crosby ever got into an actual fight during a game, he is the only NHL player that would cry.
