I think its because we had home ice advantage that we won in the San Jose series, we won game 4 and thank god we game back to Detroit for game 5. As long as we're tied or ahead for game 5, we're in good shape.

at the game on Thursday, I was trying to get back to my seat and I asked this 350 pound beast at the aisle seat to excuse me. He didn't respond. I asked again. Nothing. Finally, I tapped him on the shoudler and said, could you move please? He told me, "if you touch me again, I'm gonna sock you in your face". I responded with a smirk, "try it, bubba". And he just stared at me as I forced myself around him and to my seat. Anaheim = :puke:

i really don't wanna sound like a hater, but to me the main thing that killed this game for us was.....Hasek. I was at the game, and I was astonished, looking at the SOG's......32-18. Almost ever puck shot at him, he had trouble with. No, he didnt play horrible, but most the goals he let in were very weak. The one that really got me was Jackman's goal.....though it was from the slot, it was a weak wrist shot that grazed Hasek's glove and went in......thats not a goal you can let in, especially in the playoffs. I really feel that if he played like he did in game 3, we would have won like 3-1 or something......one thing is for sure though.....Jiggy sure brought his A game. I don't wanna sound like I'm making excuses, cause the Ducks came out minus their star defenseman and played a great game but I really feel like we did too......Hasek though just wasnt on it tonight. man.....Game 5 feels so far away

i pissed about having to wait till sunday to see a game more then anything..

just got back from the game. Very dissapointed to say the least, as it really seemed like we WERE the better team throughout, its just they had the better chances. the last two chances for us were heart stoppers where one went just wide and the other grazed the post. We have to win game 5......we just have to.

I was at the game last night, and most of their fans are classless losers. Seriously, when the third goal was scored, the fans started pouring out. It was the 2nd period, barely half the game was over and because they were down 3, the fans decided to no longer to support the team that their supposedly "true fans of". You're supposed to support your team no matter what, not love them when their doing good and hate them when their doing bad.....to me, thats seriously disgusting and shows that most of these "fans" are just riding the bandwagon.
