you know what, Bruce MacLeod has jumped the gun a bit on other Detroit injuries before. I still think theres a small chance he could be ready tomorrow. For a "day-day" injury, you can't really confirm that someone isn't gonna play until gametime or right before....especially for a playoff game. Just gotta my cross fingers, toes....and all other appendages that can cross.

edicius, you just ruined my day knowing that I have to put up with Versus until 2011. The world will probably end though before that, so its alll good.

This mainly applies to cable customers, not sure about satellite. Earlier in the season, most Versus games were shown in HD on channel "INHD" then after the year ended, it just stopped. Its a shame to know that all these playoff Versus games will be broadcast in HD yet no channels will be showing it! Being limited to one HD playoff game per round on NBC would seriously suck. So, does anyone know whats going on with this? Will any cable channels carry Versus HD for the playoffs? I have Time Warner in So. Cal.

During the Avs/Flames game today, that one ****** commentator for the Avs said that the Flames will win the series, mainly due to our aging defense and the absence of Kronner. I hate this guy. After the 14 game win streak by the Avs, I'm very happy we're facing the Flames instead.
