I like to think allowing only 14 shots in 2 periods calls for success.

I know its tough to admit, but when watching the playoffs we didnt have the display of north american bravery when it came to penalty killing. The courage to put their bodies in the way, and attack was not shown enough. When watching the penalty killing, no one ever attacked the point man and it destroyed us. Until the wings take the point away, it'll continue sucking.

Ozzie is playing sub par in the pre-season and people are on his case....why do we need the feel to complain so much.

Bertuzzi knows he has a great opportunity here in Detroit to prove himself. It may have looked like a bad offseason, but with the arrivals of Bertuzzi, Williams, and Eaves, and Helm at full-time, Detroit just got a little more North American.
