I just hope Vancouver doesn't put out an offer sheet out at all. I love Filppula, so I just hope that situation does not present itself. If they do, and it is too much too match, obvouisly its more wise to take the picks. But although I do not hate Samuelsson, Id much rather have Filppula on the 2nd line.

we shouldn't be complaining, this brings us some decent entertainment for the off-season besides signings.

McCarty owes alot to the wings, so whatever Holland offered him is more then enough. I don't mind the guy being a 13th forward at best, but I do strongly hope he accepts a two way deal, though TBH, Im not sure he as much of a choice.

Im still doubtful that the Canucks will make an yoffer to Filppula. If they do so, I think it will be something Wings will be able to match.

If Zetterberg didn't go down with injuries I think he could have made it. Depends if everyone stays healthy or not. If so, don't be suprised to see at least 2 of the 3 reaching the 100 mark.

Will we ever have a off-season where the Rangers are quite. I never liked Naslund, so this move has little effect on me. If he can become the player he once was, then the Rangers are in a world of glory, otherwise, another washed up player with no heart.

They had a solid offseason, but I think the west is too strong for them to have a chance to reach the post-season. With teams like Chicago, Edmonton, and even Pheonix improving, I think the Jackets will hold out alittle longer until they reach that top 8.
