I really hope Downie is in tonight, what I dont get is why Drake is choosen over Downie... I mean from what I see Downie produces soo much more energy Maybe Drake will get a point every 10 games which Im sure we can live without......

He knows it would help the leafs and deep down inside he wants that cup before retirment. I think he is trying to prove his loyalness toward his club which is a great quality, but something tells me his leaf days are numbered..

The way that everything is looking right now with the asking price for Forsberg and Blake makes me think Holland is going to make a big push to get Hossa here...

I think if anyone comes from Buffalo it could be Campbell. They are having tremoundas trouble finding the right contract for him last time I heard, and Campbell fits well with what the Wings are going with. Of course my prediction is a stretch but ya just never know....Personally Id like to see Hecht, huge stretch but it would be sweet to have a German Thunder with the Wings!

I would love to see Blake come here. I think he brings size and grit which is exactly what the Wings need... Unfortuantly I do not know too well how Dumount is doing but its very true that we would not be losing much getting him here....

I find this abit unfair too I only see a stronger team then last year for the ducks People like Getzlaf, Perry, Kunitz only got more experiance and not too mention Getzlaf and Perry are both off to the allstars They acquired Schnieder which just makes their defense that much better They bring in 2 fresh superstar veterans Sure they lose Penner, who in my opionon isnt even very good, Bert makes up for it if he can stay healthy and they traded MC, but Weight isnt such a bad downgrade But lets have no fea........ Holland will soon bring in Sundin and Blake and we will be all good

Now I have just been hearing, since the hiring of Fletcher for the leafs, that after this season the leafs may be looking at some GM'S including Ken Holland... Now I found this rather stupid, as I find Holland is totally fine in Detroit, but TSN keeps stating his name as one of the possible canidates....
