Well I did confuse my self, I confused the times. Gartner had two separate skates. 1) where he started at the red line and posted a 13.3? And 2) where he started from the blue and posted a 12.9 but the NHL didn't count it as the record since it wasn't under the same format. I confused the times thinking Larkin posted a 12.8 but I was thinking about his first race time. Either way people will pull straws, mainly purists, but the NHL loves to be able to use the word record broken to cause excitement among new fans. I like the idea of skating the old style to see where they compare to the past.

Pulks is on the 4th line because he is freshly back from a month and a half off. He will get PP time tonight. A guy like him can't go from bench for a month and a half and injured, to top 6 minutes and pp time, he would be gassed by mid 2nd. Living in PA my self they aren't really the brightest of fans and I'm surrounded by them.

True, but panthers will do that for us as the season goes on, they are on a high and once they lose I suspect a different streak starting, one where they slowly drop down the standings.

We are now 10-11 in our last 21, we are an under .500 team who took games to Ot.... But our place in the standings hurt is because Holland thinks we are a top team. Thankfully TB is struggling more and Price is hurt

I love my Red wings but I think the streak made us feel and look better then we are... We had that great streak but after our last 20 games we are now 10-10. Yes we picked up a lot of loser points and thankfully they still exist but we are playing .500 hockey, we masked all those loses with the loser point, it is as simple as that.

Well the Richards line and the Kid line are really 2a and 2b, can't say Richards is second line and Tatar and goose are 3rd line.... And the reality is we have 3 second lines, one with Richards and helm though so really a 1st liner weighed down by 2 3rd liners.

I don't know how anyone can say we were the better team this game, we look terrible...
