I'm in favor for bringing Rolston to the team, great player and probably grew up a Wings fan dreaming of wearing the Winged Wheel one day. Kenny make his and our dream come true. for the right price that is. I am also in favor of bringing Sergei back. I gurantee he would take off and play amazing hockey again on a line with Pavel. I love D-Mac and all but everyone on the forums pretty much says they want Darren back on the Wings but all the same people say Feds is washed up and has nothing left. Well put it this way, Feds is still good enough to be a Starting NHL player and D-Mac can't find a NHL team to take him. So don't say you don't want Fedorov back because of his skills deminishing it is a personal grudge against the guy. Both Fedorov and D-MAc could prove their worth by coming back home to the Wings. Salary on the other hand is a legitimate excuse to not want Feds back, if he ask for too much I say pass on him as well. however if he comes cheap, I am a 100% sign him now supporter.

The capitals have the talent, and the youth. The problem they had early on this season has already been taken care of. The coach nice guy and all but Glen Hanlon had to go. New coach and the team has been playing well since. Few days back they beat the Sens 8-6 with Ovechkin getting 4 goals. Thats crazy, I now teams have off games, but the Sens in my opinion one of the best in the league, and not easily beaten this year, so for the Caps which are last place in their division and getting worse year after year after signing more talent, beat them 8-6, that tells me the Caps have potential just need to adjust to the new coaching system and play better hockey.

hes not right for the wings anymore but, would still be a good pickup for another team, anyone who says this guy has no talent hasn't seen him play much. He was playing extremly well when he was with the Oilers a few years back. Montreal is another story, and Chicago the guy hasn't even played their a full season and people are knocking him so far. I hope he finds another team here in the states but if he goes back to Russia he will earn more and have better fans. now bring on the I'm only saying this because he's Russian comments. and I'll counter with the same old your dogging the guy more because hes Russian. Just have to remember the good old days when he was playing for the Vipers, and lead us to a Championship. Lets not forget his name on the Calder Trophy either.

Wings dominate West

Not a bad idea, although what would happen to the RSL ? and other Elite European leagues? either them or the new (europe) would fold. I think it would be great for the people of Europe but bad for all of us, all the talent would stay over their and we would never get to see guys like Datsyuk, Ovechkin, Selanne, Zetterberg. the list would go on and on. Although not fair to Europeans to never see them either, along with guys from this side of the planet. I was very pleased when I heard, not only that we came to a deal and singed Pavel again, but the term was a very pleasant suprise. I can't really see Pavel playing for any other team but the Wings, he just fits so well here. He plays his heart out every night is always is amazing the fans and players alike. Being able to watch a guy like Pavel play hockey in Detroit on a regular basis is priceless if you ask me. He is really starting to find his niche in Detroit and I hope he enjoys playing in Detroit as much as we enjoy watching him play for Detroit. So I would say the long term deal is paying off for sure, he just continues to get better and better. I also think a lot of our younger talent feeds off of the energy of Pavel and Hank when they play. and Dmitriy its good to hear Pavel is in happy, and having fun. Players play a lot better when they are having fun

Most of you already can probably guess my picks. first and foremost would be nice to have Fedorov back, He and Pavel would play good on a line with Flip. and Zetterberg could play on a line with Hulder and Homer. but besides Fedorov I would take back Igor Larionov, and even todays Kozlov would be a good choice. nobody can deny the Chemistry that the Russian 5 had, on ice was insane.

Just wondering if anyone has the interview Pavel did last night with VS, where he joked about getting paid to wear their towel, and thanked the guy for calling him young??? for some reason VS didn't post it on their site, they only posted the Zetterberg post game interview. any help would be greatly appreciated.

ahh good ol' Brian Engblom, my boy haha He has started a new hairstyle people, last night was not a good example of it. I think he got a hair cut recently but usually he has what I like to call "the floating mullet" Its a mullet of course but adds a new twist, Its completly shaved underneath so the mullet appears to not be attached to the head but rather floating above his skull. Pavel is completing destroying the competition lately. He is on his game and was so close to a hat trick. it will happen eventually Pavel just keep playing how you are and you'll be fine. great game last night, fun stuff to watch. and can you believe that this time last year people were wanting him traded for Shane Doan???
