I wouldn't change a thing on the PP. Kipper has been unreal, but we've kept it simple and gotten shots to the net. That's all you can ask for. Same with our PK, I've no problems with it.

Oh man. I've tried not to be optimistic so far but dammmmn!! That was total sheer domination! The Flames have been pretty poor but our puck pressure is sick. Kipper is a beast and the Flames will bring it at home, but with Dom in net I like our chances of stealing one (I'm guessing game 4).

Dear Wings, Calgary embarrassed you in the playoffs in '04 and they will do it again unless you do something about it..... so DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.

Oh it's not lookin' good.... I REALLY don't want to play Calgary in the playoffs. Minnesota would be a much better matchup, and even though matchups aren't everything they do mean a LOT.

Even if Zetts gets back on the 30th (which I somewhat doubt) it'll take him a few weeks to get his condition back up to par. And given our tendency to sleepwalk during the 1st round... Oh boy....

I watched a bit of this game in while channel surfing. In the game Kindl was a man amongst boys. His passes were tape to tape, he anchored the PP, and even when he got hit in the defensive the Windsor player often 'bounced' off him. Also he had a nice rush where he split the two Windsor D and got a glorious scoring chance.

I don't like the sounds of this. Inflamed disks vary in their severity (case in point: Bertuzzi needed surgery). Let's hope he's back to 100% for the playoffs. the March games (aka the stretch run) I could care less. It's all about matchups in the West and whether Detroit finishes 1st or 4th-6th is inconsequential.
