Since last season I've actually been wanting Smith to play with Kronwall, but then Ericsson showed such good chemistry with him. Now with E out for a bit we may get to see if it's good for either of them. (Well as long as Kronwall even plays tonight, sheesh) Should be a good game, hopefully the Wings win 10-0 and Alfie scores all the goals

Nice try by Bert, all things considered 1 point is fine. Niemi earned that one though. Also, how great is it to be out of the West? f*** the Sharks, I'd rather we didn't play them at all.

I hate Niemi more then any goalie, holds onto everything. Slows the pace down, plays perfect for San Jose yes, but as an opponent infuriating.

The Rangers are down alot of bodies too, and Vigneault and Sammy have ties. Probably wishful thinking but if we absorbed some salary I have a hard time believing he couldn't be moved for future considerations. (But that damn NTC also lingers)

Really exciting that Helm is finally coming back. In many ways he's the heart and soul of the team, thats the kind of guy he was developing into before getting hurt. Can't wait for Saturdays game.

Babs just doesn't understand the "don't change a winning line-up" adage. Play Gus until he has a stinker, then go back to Jimmy. Don't take out Tootoo for Samuelsson and change an energy line to a ******* "MEH" line that doesn't do anything. Hopefully we'll have a better effort against San Jose, and hopefully Samuelsson isn't part of the equation. -
