Mrazek. He's better now, and he'll be better in the future. He needs to play in GR though, but if we're playing important back to backs at all the season, I'd rather call up Mrazek then have Gus in the nets.

I have no problem with what Kessel did to Scott, talk about a spot picker, no Orr or McLauren in the line-up and he tries to fight Kessel? Come on, anyone that is critical of what Kessel did would have no problem if Zetterberg or Datsyuk did it if Scott had come after them during a game, and hey were in the East now so there's no guarantee we won't see something stupid like this go down.

Tats having a great pre-season, good for him. Deserves to play.

If Shanny, Yzerman, Fedorov and Lidstrom all suited up again for the Winter Classic it'd sure be something. Those guys are very much the reason I'm a fan today, obviously there are factors that could work against it, but I'm hoping it happens!

The young guys impressed for sure. Tatar, DeKeyser, Kindl, Almquist, Ferraro all pretty good. Smith was indifferent, and the goalies were solid. Hopefully there's a stream for tomorrows game against Chicago.

Good to see Tatar score, Howard looks great. Preseason might be the best for him, if he hits the ground running I see us getting off to a great start.

After hearing today that Tatar won't be moved in the forward shuffle, how can anyone still be upset? Guaranteed to have unbelievable depth now, and not lose youth. (Even though Sammy lingers...)

I love Dano, and I'm happy he's back for the sheer fact we share a similar bloodline, but Tatar needs to play this season. The guy was the friggin AHL playoff MVP at 22 years old. See, I know I'm no NHL GM or anything, but that screams "NHL READY" to me. Nyquist and Tatar should be playing with Zetterberg and Datsyuk to learn how to be good pros, and maybe even stars. The same way Zetterberg and Datsyuk learned from Hull, Shanahan and Yzerman. It's a transition phase, we're gonna see even more of it when Jurco, Pulkkinen and Frk are ready... Oh ya and f*** you Sammy for still being on the team!!!

He, Iginla and Martin Gelinas were the only reason that horrible Flames team made it past us in 04 and eventually to Game 7. I lived in Calgary from 06-12, I got the chance to see him play quite a bit, great goalie. Fans loved him too, Calgary will be in the basement of the Western conference for years to come.
