Now this was a ******* hockey game! Old time hockey, I love it. Pittsburgh got tuned in the fights and the scoreboard, what a thing a beauty. I'd like to have that Micheal Haley, guys an animal. And he scored a beauty tonight too . Cant wait till the next Isles/Pens game

No doubt, I wouldnt mind seeing some fights. Just no Datsyuk, Zetterberg or Lidstrom. Everyone else can be as chipp as possible.

Helm, Eaves and Draper. They work hard, everyone else could use a nice bagskate. I dont care about how talented they are or anything, comes down to how bad you want it, and right now watching the last 6 or so games doesnt look like are guys want it very much. Lots of time to get that turned around, they just gotta do it.

Watching the Wings "play" defence is frustrating. The wingers dont cover the points, they come down to the goal line more often then not. The defenceman dont cover the front of the net, they flow to where the puck is and get killed by the cycle. The centers do a pretty good job, but if they make a mistake it usually results in a goal in the net. Feast or famine defence doesnt work, and we pinch at the worst times. It doesnt work guys, why do it? I mean Jimmy wasnt good tonight, but it's not him everynight. The Wings gotta shore some things up, hustle a bit harder, and then we'll see some results. If not..

So, a slow start, bad defence all over the ice, even worse goaltending, no PP to speak of, and Ruslan ******* Salei scored our only goal. Not a good night, Wings got some work to do.
