Our 3rd and 4th lines are just what I've always wanted, physical warrior guys. Miller was a man for Anaheim in the playoffs, so was Eaves, we've all seen what Dano and Helm do. Drapes is a vet, Williams sucks and should be out quick, and Abby and May can step in and do exactly what we need. Jesus am I ever pumped!

Because the management team in Chicago rushed Dano into the NHL when he wasnt ready and he didnt play well and they traded him. Somehow that's his fault and makes him a bad guy. f*** Hawks fans

I'm interested to see how Bert performs in the playoffs, surprisingly, his best and msot productive performance in the playoffs was with us in 07 with 7 points in 15 games. I just hope he simplifies his game a bit, drives the net more and gets physical in a big wayy.

The lack of game breaking talent is going to hurt Phoenix IMO. The Wings have guys that are just money in the playoffs, Phoenix dont have those guys. If Bryzgalov falters at all, we got this. My biggest fear, honestly, is if Schnieder and Lang do play in the playoffs. Former Wings always kill us, and those guys would be no exception.

sirdrake was a legend on this forum. I friggin miss that guys threads hahah. As far as the goalies, it truely is a testament to how solid a franchise we have. As long as our goalie is good enough, we can win. When he's great (Hasek 02, Osgood 08) it's great, but as long as they make the needed saves (Ozzie 98) we're fine. It's when they cant make the saves (Legace 06) or when the team cant score more then a goal a game yet the goalie has a heck of a series (Cujo 03,04) is when we have the problems. I really think Howard can be good enough that we can do it again this year.

Abdelkader will be in, his forecheck and physicality is needed on the 4th line. I dont think May gets in for Drapes right away, but should Draper have a bad game I could see Babs not hesitating to put him in.

Actually yes, those are the only two I say anything negative about. Not like I'm saying they suck or are bad players, there just frustrating to watch because they dont make simple plays they have to make everything difficult.
