Must win. Honestly, with the Flames getting smashed tonight we can move into a tie for 6th if we win, from 9th to 6th is huge. Go Wings!!!

Easily better? No way. He had 5 goals, 3 on the powerplay. 13 points and a +3 in only 21 games. And when he was around our breakout game was stronger as was the powerplay. Plus, he and Stuart were really starting to jell the way they had in the playoffs prior to his injury. Franzen has been the biggest missing piece, but Kronwall would provide alot of offence from the back end that we're missing. (I mean come on Lidstrom+Rafalski have attributed for the same amount of goals and have played in the majority of the games.)

He's been so good the last handful of games just isnt getting any luck finishing, apart from Dallas and the shootout goal.

Seriously, it isnt even about the game anymore. It's how blind these guys are, call a spade a spade. Great fight, but a draw.

Hahaha, you guys really dont know hockey fights do you? Blood+takedown doesnt = victory. Easy draw, Eaves and Versteeg landed a couple beauties. Again, it was Eaves first fight of the year. Get off your high horses, let us enjoy the positives of a s***ty game on our board, go friggin talk about how sweet the parade is gonna be in June somewhere else.

He got cut under the eye.. that sometimes happens in fights. How about all the bombs he landed on Versteeg who is a supposed "tough" player. That's Eaves first fight this year and it was a great showing. Not to mention he actually contributed to his team in another way today... um Go Hawks Go until the team starts to suck again and the fans leave.. again.

If May takes a bad penalty and costs us the game, he'll never play. It amuses me when people get mad at our tough guys. Should May have done something? Yes. Do you think he wanted too? Yepp. Do you think if he takes a 2, 5 and a 10 that Babs wont bench him next game? Of course he will, that's how Mike is. May's done a fine job, I honestly think that Downey was more physical, but May is alot smarter and better behind the net.

Man, Ericsson is dangerous enough with turnovers and stupid plays, him and Lebda as a pairing is just ugly.

If not for s***ty luck Bertuzzi would have 20 goals by now. And that was touched by a Hawk and shouldnt be a highstick.

The good news is outside of Lebda we're playing really well.
