Numbers are numbers. I've watched every game this year, I dont listen to numbers. A stat counter will count a turnover as a pass that is directly picked off, stick onto another stick. Sure Ericsson doesnt do that alot, but he does get passes tipped alot, and like, since this is a numbers debate apparantly, I dont have much to say. All I'll say is Lidstrom gets the passes tape to tape and Ericsson to this point in the season doesnt. And as for the Green comment, duh, he's a foward playing defence, funny though... considering Ericsson is essentially the same thing. But I'm done commenting on Ericsson, I think he's struggling, you and others dont, agree to disagree here, differences of perspective is all.

The whole 100mph slapper is fine, but Ericsson would be a ticking timebomb on the point. I dont think I've seen him complete a pass that wasnt a turnover or miss the man for games now. Plus, Meech isnt playing on the PP? He got like 5 minutes of ice tonight. I dont remember any of it on the PP, could be wrong, just sounds weird.

The Yzerman deadline deal was a worse thread, but this is just as ******* dumb. No, no and no. Unless we got a Bogosian/Doughty+2 1sts and a #6/7 with some upside, maybe even a forward, then Holland wouldnt even answer the phone.

Yea, numbers, cool. He was 1st star tonight and is a point per game this season and is top 5 in faceoff % this year. Crosby is no hinderance, the PIM's are rough, but what are you gonna do.

What a greasy s***show that was. Next game, switch up Homer and Bertuzzi with different lines, sit Leino and put Eaves back in and hopefully he has a fire lit under his ass (hopefully) Good effort by Jimmy tonight, definately proving he's NHL ready.

Bertuzzi's confidence is so shot, I doubt he ever gets it back. Poor guy needs a ******* break, this team needs a break.
