When Howard hasnt proven anything, and should he continue not too, why would we keep him? Pity? Development? There are better options, and we need a goalie to be counted on, if it cant be Ozzie or Howard, gonna have to be someone, because they arent going to trade Osgood.

I hate Adam Foote, but great to see the captain step in there. Dangerous hit, and hopefully Darcys ok, he's been having a great season.

At least Mays back in. For Howard, this is make or break it, a loss on saturday and he's pretty much done, we need a win, and he needs to prove he belongs.

No interest in Frolov at all, if your benched playing for the Kings, you cant break it here, and I dont like the way he plays at all, softer then Willy. -
I believe it could go one of two ways, good or bad..... I'm not sure right now.

If your going to mock something, gotta get the spelling right. And had you actually cared to look, you'd see Rypien is no goon just throwing punches, he's a solid 3rd/4th line mucker who has decent hands and can knock someones block off with them too, should they get too tough.

In any case, we'd have a very strong defense with not alot of weaknesses (well at least on paper )

I know Drake, and I'm not hating, just stating what I saw from him. There were times were he was a monster, and others where he looked like a 6'5 Lebda, but that'll come because he's just a rookie. I'd just prefer he be paired with Lidstrom because Lilja is hurt, and spreading the talent would be fantastic. Ah man, I hate mentioning Lilja, if he were healthy we'd have such a strong defence. He was impressing us all when he was next to Lidstrom, against Chicago and Pittsburgh in the playoffs I thought his defensive game was poor. It has so far this year, I like him because he fights (or did) but he's got to play better. Overall defence will probably never get back to 07-08, but if we spread out the talent a bit more who knows.

lol, your just full of excuses eh? The West is not some grueling battle this year, the best teams in the NHL right now are in the East, the Wests dominate powers of Calgary and Colorado, yeah that western conference is tough.. -

There it is, this team isnt anything special, incredible that they could blow a lead, take it back, blow it again, shoot first in the SO and score, and still lose, like... it's hard to fathom. -
