It's obviously not good to have these amazing players sitting out, but with the matchups in our favor tonight, I think we can handle it, considering we spanked them without matchups last game anyways. -
The Wings arent tough, but they are gritty, and come the postseason, they hit, and often. I'd love to see more fights during the regular season, and if it's at the cost of frickin Kopeckys spot, it couldnt hurt us. But even if they dont, thats fine too.

With the matchups in our favor, and desperation coming from the Wings, it doesnt matter. It'd be nice to have them though.

"at least we won two games." Um, a 1 goal Game 3, and a 3OT game that your goalie stole for you, and the winning goal was on the powerplay. Yeah, be proud of that Like, I get the arrogance thing, yes fans get arrogant, god forbid. When you overcome the toughest series you've watched in 4 years (yes, the Ducks) and are in total control of the "up and coming" Blackhawks, sometimes you brag about it.

Been strong all playoffs, +8 logging 20+ minutes a night. His hits have been great as well, I just wish he'd let that slapshot go a bit more, I love seeing Stewie score goals

The East isnt that bad. But the Ducks would still manhandle the Pens. We had good depth too, and in the end that's what won. Because the Ducks know how to handle star players. Yes, the Finals will be tougher this year, but the Wings will still win. Pittsburghs time will come soon, but it isnt this year. They need a stronger defence, Gonchar is a meh #1 and Hal Gill will never win a Stanley Cup, but other then that the Pens are looking pretty good, just not good enough to win this year.

Guys like Marchant, Niedermayer, Pronger, etc would eat Malkin alive. And you kidding yourselve if you believe your Getzlaf comment, the difference between Zetterberg and Lidstrom to Crosby and Gonchar, at least defensively, is enormous. Getzlaf would push Sid off the Olympic team, he'd play THAT well. Perrys a ******, he and Matt Cooke would be good friends.

How old is he right now? 17, he'll be all world when he's Kanes age. He's smarter then him, and plays a stronger defensive game.

Good for Windsor. After having Mickey Renaud pass away last year, it was only fitting. They have 2 of the most dynamic up and comers in the game as well in Ryan Ellis and Taylor Hall (Who I cannot wait to watch next year in at the WJC!)

Yeah, he was the reason we scored 3 goals tonight. Made the wrong play everytime. I've always disliked him, but man, that 7 million dollar contract must be looking nice right about now! -
Good game today. He wasnt very noticeable in the Anaheim series, but he's been stellar throughout the other 2. Funny, all the players people wanted traded are all playing out of their minds in the playoffs (Cleary, Filppula, Stuart, etc)
