I dont usually say anything negative about Rafalski, but even Lilja could've handled that one. For the love of god, I wish Babcock would sit Kopecky down and spread out Helm and Leino so our 3rd and 4th lines have some energy, you know, like a couple games ago, when someone WAS IN THE PRESS BOX. -

A Neil/Roberts/Nolan type is the only thing I can imagine Holland even being remotely interested in.

Retire the numbers, in the sense they wont be worn by another Red Wing again after they retire. But you just cant put those guys in the rafters, and they are all long time favorites of mine, but they just arent Gordie Howe or Steve Yzerman, and that's the standard. One more number goes to the rafters for a little while, and that's going to be #5.

Franzen. I'd pick Hudler, but we're small enough as is. We get a bit bigger, around Franzen, then I'd keep Hudler. He's got alot of skill.

He wont win it but he should, the man just flat out impresses me every game with some of the things he does. He's a dominate 2-way player.

Kopecky gets flattened by someone, that's a given. ZDC has a good game, as does Hossa. Defence and Ozzie play well. Plus the Wings brass gets a good look at Owen Nolan tonight...

Thanks for everything, and good luck wherever you go at seasons end. But I have not, and will never be a Sammy fan. Solid role player, and will probably make good $$ this off season, but there's just something about his face that makes me want to punch it.
