CBC just did a great piece on Cleary about the whole "2 best Newfoundland born NHLers playing for Detroit" It looks like he really wants it, I think the whole Wings team will come out flying and inspired tonight. Homer or not.

Why in the world does that guy get an article written about him? I dont care what happened to him, he screws us over alot, I dont want him in the NHL. I miss the officials who had sense, at least when McGoo made calls you could laugh and just say "Ah, thats just McGoo, lets get the game back underway".

I cannot stand this fat pig. I hope we finish him off quick and he moans and whines that they lost because of the referees and they become the laughing stock of the NHL. -
The top 4 are right, but no Messier? Crosby being on the list? Lidstrom being top 5 after just 2 years? I love Nick, but not yet.

There isnt any. Pittsburgh are just whiney little you know whats who will do whatever it takes to win. But too bad for them they wont.

Colorado are by far the worst, followed closely by the Blues and then the Hawks fans. I love the Philly fans, they just make me laugh. Pittsburghs fans are a non factor as most dont know much about hockey, I just cant stand Therrien or Crosby/Malkin/Hossa/Gonchar/Talbot/Orpik/Gill/Malone.

You dont say no to your first real NHL contract, Phoenix Coyotes or not. I didnt want Grigerenko or Bruunstrom, no need from primadonnas who think they deserve minutes/a roster spot, or playing for a good team.

No, he's a great player no doubt. But his whining and complaining all game, and afterwards in the press conferences seperates him from the Yzerman's and Sakic's who never complained to the media. I do not like how he is getting all the spotlight in the Finals, I'm starting to hope AO out does him again next year.

Sundin is far from past his prime, he almost single handedly took a bad Leafs team to the playoffs in three years. You have not seen him play ... ever, if you honestly believe he's a liability. He could make a good team great, and could only help us. He and Franzen together would be unstopable, his leadership is second to none as well. He will not go to Ottawa or Montreal, it's Detroit or Toronto.

Chelios is no slower then Lilja, it couldnt hurt. Unlike Lilja, Chelios is a physcho f*ck and will do anything to win. He had one bad playoff game and everyone hates the guy.

Pittsburgh bitched and whined and got the calls. Easy as that, the Wings dont do it and still win. One of the reasons why we are the best team in hockey.

Are you kidding me?!? No way Bourdon didnt even get his shot yet.. he was great in the Q, and probably would've cracked Vancouvers roster this year. Horrible news, as they say, only the good die young. -

Just about every 25 year old or under hockey fan in Pittsburgh have hoped on the Crosby bandwagon, the older Penguins fans may know a little, but still. Mario and Crosby are the only good things to ever happen to that team. I love Jammy, but hated him while he was with Pittsburgh. Like GMR said, all there best players have been whiners, and they havent had a real coach since Scotty anyways. -
Too bad Chicago have to be invovled, would've rathered Toronto/Detroit, but nonetheless this is great news!
