I just picked a bunch of hard working dusters. Lou would never put Mowers, Kopecky or Perrin on his list. Guys like Cote, McGrattan and Downie would be. As for actual players, Crosby is #1.

He is easily the biggest offensive threat in the league. Ovechkin would be 2nd, and is the better goal scorer of the 2, but not the bigger offensive threat.

No hard work, secondary scoring, defence scoring after Lidstrom and Rafalski. -
Nope. If Filpula was traded for someone of equal value or a star (Sundin, Hossa, etc.) and we won a cup, but Filpula goes on to have a nice career, I could honestly care less. Same with Flischeman, Mattias, etc. He NEEDS to shoot more, case closed. If he doesnt, then I wouldnt keep him.
