Just because the Org. thinks he's gonna be a top 6 goal scorer, doesnt mean Babs does. From what I've seen/heard, hes going to GR. And unless for some reason cares enough about NA Hockey to stay here and get accustomed(sp), he's gonna go back to russia. That never should've been part of his deal, after a year in GR he could be a 30 goal scorer in the league, another year in Russia wont help him more then a year in GR would.

Two of my favorites Mike Richards and Arron Asham Commodore Simon and The Fridge I'd take anyone of those guys on the wings.

He should request a trade to the Red Wings straight up for Hudler or Sammy

Samuelson is dirt. I dont care how many points he scores this year, he's s*** and could score a hell of a lot more if he wasent a lazy player who makes bad decisions. I definately know who is gonna replace Langer this season (except I LIKED Lang). Howard was great, Kronwall didnt play well at all. Z and Hudler looked good, so did Drapes and Flip, Cleary looked good for the time he was playing. Nick is always good. I disagree about Meecher, I thought he looked alright, Lilja was ok, but Cullimore was better then other night then Lilja tonight.

Wouldnt be suprised to see L.A. get either Gerber or Raycroft, and then CuJo signs with whichever team loses a goalie.

I say rest Danny till the season opener but keep him practising.

Yeah, ESPN and TSN say this s*** all the time and its bull. Buffalo did nothing to become hockey town, may as well call Atlanta or Minnesota Hockeytown since were throwing it out so freely. Buffalo probably wont even make the playoffs this year, they dont have a captain, and there best player is getting open heart surgery. Yepp, Downey cant play hockey Explain to me then, how come he got drafted into the NHL? Usually people with "no-skill" as you like to say, dont get drafted. So, explain it to me, how come Downey got drafted if he was a "useless" guy who "cant play hockey"?
