Enough with the stats already! They dont mean s*** all. Kronwalls problem is he's out of position alot, and makes terrible plays with the puck. Fans/fumbles on alot of open ice passes. I dont hate the guy, but being the leading shot blocker on the red wings doesnt count for much. I really hope this season, he stops playing stupid and plays more positionallly sound and smart hockey. He can keep on hitting as none of our defenceman hit, but he needs to be smart about it.

Babcock is the coach, means that Sopel will probably be playing with Lidstrom. If not, he'll be playing with Kronwall. Win Win.

He was injured for quite a while, and didnt get his scoring touch back till the playoffs, give the guy a break. NN, yeah we should change the "norris" to "Negative"

The bad part, is it sounds like Grigs isnt gonna make the team, its only the 2nd day, but I wish he was doing better. But, Go Downey and Sopel!

I've wanted Ryder on the wings forever. This season however, is the one where it is most likely will get him. At the trade deadline hiss cap hit will be a million or less. He's exactly what we need, goal scoring winger. Dunno about Fedorov, hes not what we need. But for cheap, I'd consider him.

Hes overated alot. I dont like him alot, right now. I have a strong feeling this season he's gonna prove me wrong and start playing as well as he should be playing. And If he gets injured again this season, man, the kid will be done, he needs to have an injury free season to have sucess.

-- Aaron Downey was involved in two shoving matches ... one with Brad Ference and one with Tomas Kopecky Thats what I like to hear! I hope Downey makes the wings, I'll have the same first name as a Red Wing . I also like the sound of Sopel doing well, and Chelios scoring shootout goals.

I'd love Pronger on the wings. Big , Tough D-man that clears the crease and gets 60+ points a season. Something we've been missing since we lost Vladdy. And it became worse when Fisch went down.

Whenever he played for The Flames last season, he fought and hit. Its all he can do anymore, I wouldnt say he's as good as he used to be, but better then Kopecky. Unless Kopecky actually learns from Maltby and Drake this season and changes, then he's no better then Mac imo.
