Exactly, with Lang gone , people are gonna focus in more on the other players. (Such as Sammy and Hudler) As for better or worse , after the trade deadline this year, much better. For now , worse but still a very good team.

That sucks. Scotty was always a guy I wanted on the wings. Too bad for Anaheim , there goes there shot at a cup. Looks like we can celebrate 8 months earlier!

He isnt gonna lie, The Habs right now , IMO are a pretty terrible team. They wont make the playoffs and Koivu knows it. Hes trying to send a message to management to get the Habs some better players and get them back into the playoffs.

Being from Alberta , Sportsnet focus' in on the Flames and Oilers, and last night they said the Oilers would be up for signing Anson Carter if he was interested. With Pisani going down , they might look to sign him.

If he stays healthy , 100 points isnt hard to imagine. But if he gets 100 , Datsyuk could get 90-100 too, if they play together. -

Emmerton & Pyett haven't shown much in the Super Series so far

Pyett scored a goal and 2 assists in the game tonight! Atta Boy. Emmerton looked great and provided some energy for Canada on the PK, and blocked some shots. -
Not a huge loss for the Oilers , but I hope Pisani gets better soon.

Poor guy. His season hasent even started yet and 1.) hes suspended till who knows when, and 2.) hes going to jail after the season.

I have a feeling Babcock would play Franzen , Sammy , Cleary or Flip over Hudler because of there size, its the way Babs is.

Hudler will get 10 minutes or less this season. He'll get 15-20 goals. Babs wont give him top minutes. Franzen could get 20 if he plays on the top lines , Babs loves his work and his size. Filpula will be the best out of the 3 IMO. He's the most talented. Kronwall better step up this season and stop being a bum or were in trouble. I hope Quincey gets some playing time , he's got a chance at being a top defenceman in the future.

Anaheim and St Louis will give us trouble. We'll wipe the floor with every other team.
