Haha , get a clue dude. If you dont know about a player then please , dont talk about them. Chris Neil is the best 2-way enforcer in the game , his playoffs this year were great. He can score goals , fight , hit and hes a great team guy. Asham is the same type of guy , just not as good offensively. I'll give you Mcgrattan as the only guy who only fights. And holy s*** man , you really want the Wings to be a bunch of small softies dont ya? Adding those 3 would NOT give us an early exit , it'd help us against Anaheim , thats for sure , actually have some big bodies that can throw some body checks against The Ducks instead of them body checking us all the time. I just gotta ask , You were one of the people that wanted us to sign Kozlov and trade for Fedorov right?

But Sammy and Hudler arent utilty players right? Im happy you guys want our guys to be a bunch of small soft players, But some of us want the wings to get grittier and bigger. Asham CAN SCORE 20 GOALS with decent minutes and a couple linemates. If Hudler can score 30 goals with his minutes and Asham cant huh? Talk about favoritism. Tell me , wtf is left for a Top 6 guy? Guerin is old , soft and sleeps during the playoffs. Gelinas is the only guy on the FA market I'd consider a good top 6 forward for us.

Haha , Get a clue people , Asham is NOT a "drop the gloves guy". He can play the game , has a great slap shot. Its hilarious , you dont want Asham because hes a fighter , but you want Samuelsson for reasons I dont know. Even when they both had the same amount of goals.

Our 4th line is gonna be Franzen-Kopecky-Grigorenko. Babs wont play Hudler , Im sure people would love for him to play but he just wont , not for Babcock.

Give me a break. But Samuelsson and Hudler bring a whole to the table scoring there 11 and 15 goals , Both getting more minutes then Asham who had 11 on the 4th line. I'd take Asham on this team anyday. Fight a little? He can beat some heavyweights and most middle weights , watch some fighting videos of him before you talk about him.

That 1.2 mil could be used towards a good player though ... (Samuelsson has and never will be , a good player)

Thats Babcocks biggest flaw. He only punishes Hudler and Lang, Franzen and Lilja and Samuelsson I can remeber throughout the season would make big mistakes and be out there next shift. I like Franzen and Lilja , but when you make a mistake you gotta pay for it by sitting on the bench.

I just hope he plays like Ovechkin really , scores some goals and crunches bodys too. And picks on small players like Ovie (See when Ovechkin bumped Briere into the bench gate)

I thought you'd like those. I'd love to be GM , I'd keep Kenny around , hes still a great hockey mind , just doesnt sign a whole lot of grit. Other then those lines , I'd hire Pat Burns as Head Coach and move Babs to assistant. You screw up , your getting benched!

Haha , I love the fighters , what can I say. Isbister , Asham , May , and Fedoruk were all on my radar. Also Sarich and Sutton. But I have the feeling Sutton is gonna want some $$$ that we dont want to give him. But god , If Kenny misses out on Asham , Im gonna go CRAZY.

Gelinas and Asham are not on alot of teams radars.

Yashin kills organizations. It takes years for the organization to recover. Plus he sucks and hes lazy. Guerin is the only top 6 guy on the market I'd want , at least he brings a little bit of grit. Gelinas is another guy , we could use his leadership and his money playoff performances. Asham will be cheap AND SHOULD BE SIGNED.
