St louis , sucked. Edmonton , could never get past the WCF without Gretzky , Toronto , in 02 they almost got there , but Mr Clutch Martin Gelinas stopped them, Detroit , we couldnt score enough goals , Phoenix , ummm nuff said. CuJo deserves a cup but probably wont get one

He better score a goal a game , because not only will he probably not be a regular when the season starts , Babs wont give him anything more then dirt icetime. I can see Hudler getting 15-20.

Thats not a great comparison , Dino was as tough as nails , fought and scored big goals. Hudler scores goals, thats about it.

With the right minutes and if he plays with Franzen (Dont ask , I'd like to see those 2 go out everynight and destroy people ) He could get 40-50 points IMO

Just because you dont think Asham is a good player doesnt mean others dont. Because I can think of at least 3 or 4 posters who'd rather Asham then Hudler. BTW , 11 goals on the 4th line , and Hudler had 15 on the 4th/3rd and at one point the 2nd.

Yup Yup. I would like Asham signed , sealed and delivered to Traverse City for training camp at the low cost of 1.25mil for 4 years. I guess it'd be wishful thinking to think Kenny would sign Fedoruk , Asham and Gelinas (Yes I know , too many roster spots )

Babs is Clearys biggest fan (Other then me ) , I see no reason why he wouldnt use him on the top lines.

Clearys only 27. Yes he had 1 great year , with Lang and Williams. He had a slump , so did Zetterberg for the first part of the season and that turned around. Put him with some good line mates and he could match 20 and eclipse 30. Hes a former 1st round pick , hes got the talent , and now he has a coach who beleives in him and has confidence and a great work ethic. As for a guy to pick up. I'll say it , Yashins horrible , overated and lazy. I'd take Guerin for 2 million, he can score us 30 goals.

Sorry , but Sopel is actually worse then Souray. On Offence and defence. I'd much rather have Lilja playing because , well he's huge. I would take Gelinas anyday , age is not a matter in Detroit plus he's good enough to play on the 2nd line. Plus hes money in the playoffs.

At least this time when Spezza makes him look like a pylon , Broduer will actually be able to stop the shot.

Brodeur wouldnt go to Atlanta. I just cant see it. Pittsburgh , if there looking for Lord Stanley , they may give up a good bit to get Broduer.
