For the life of me I don't know why Babs uses Smith in a defensive role. He gets no PP time and little offensive zone starts, make no mistake, despite his blunders with turnovers, the dude is sick offensively.

Until he's 100% healthy, and continues to struggle, I'm going to give him the benefit of the doubt. He was a damn good hockey player for Florida for years, if he can ever get healthy I believe he will be again. As far as a possible trade, I remember it was us and St Louis were his final 2 teams. They've made alot of moves since the summer so I doubt they'd have any interest, no one else really stands out. -
This is a must win considering the points we've given away lately, plus it's our game in hand on Columbus. Gus stands tall, Legwand has a hattrick, Wings win 4-1. LGW!

I won't completely bury Jimmy for the game winner, but it's two poor games in a row. Dude is getting paid 5.3 mil a year and is sitting on 13 wins and we're in March. Gus will get us 2 points tomorrow, but if Howard doesn't get his head removed from his ass, we're toast. Hank and Pav.... miss ya. -
