So glad were in the East now. So we don't have these horrible West Coast games so much, here in Newfoundland: 12AM start time

He was in rough shape when he retired. He's 40 years old and undersized, having been out of the game 3 years. I loved him while he was in Detroit, but I don't think it would be worth it to sign him. (Unless it bumps Quincey out of the line-up )

Sweden will be good as long as Lundqvist holds up. Dunno how I feel about so many Wings going to the Olympics, but it worked for Chicago in 2010 right. And for the record, even if it's just two weeks, you Americans don't know how hard it is to cheer for Sid and Toews at the same time

Can't believe Stevie left St. Louis home again. That's gotta cause a rift in Tampa. Also, Marleau and Carter over Giroux is a bit nuts to me. Hamhuis being on the team is a question mark too.

Just been odd man rush central by the Wings, obviously wouldn't be so bad if Howard could stop the puck, but still not good enough. Especially since we haven't generated any for ourselves.
