i was so mad..i mean i took off work early and had someone cover for me so i could get home and watch the game......golf happens all freaking year and they preempt it for the playoffs?? im not happy ,..i could understand 10 20 or even 30 min but it was half the game!!! you would think tsn had its priorities straight...

my cable company is offering it for $199 cdn. before oct.9.....possibly worth it cuz right now i only end up seeing 15-20 wings games a year here in canuck country...

watching fedorov early in his career led me into being a wings fan.i thought he was going to be the next "great one".....i was wrong.also being from victoria ,which if you trace wings history far enough back,was the start of the frandchise.so its almost like cheering for the home team....my other option..canucks

most of my freinds are canuck fans,including my wife,i made them all promise to come over to the dark side if the canucks lost...ha ha ha. my wife still refuses,she's still pissed off at the canucks loss. anyway,i think this is the game where we rattle their cage.dats and zets both get goals ,pp goal from a lidstrom laser from the blueline.5-2 wimgs

bert played the holmstrom role in van on the pp,right in front of the goalie,hard to push out and a big body to try and move.we have homer to do that for us,so his role there isn't as important.he also would steamroll through the defense and at least get a shot on net when heading into the zone.now he bullies in but seems to end up on the boards or turning the puck back over right away.this is all NOT how he played in vancouver,and it's no surprise he's not successful right now.whether he's unable mentally/physically or babs has made him try something different,i dont know.but i've watched him play hundreds of games for the nucks and he just isn't playing the role he used to.I keep hoping for better though cause we all know how affective he can be...

it's not so much supply and demand,but what the market will bear.if your'e not willing to pay the high price someone else will.but until they price out their ticket buyers they wont lower it..matter of fact i saw detroit twice in vancouver last year and those tickets cost more than any other game that year..

a couple of years back when we faced calgary in the playoffs,someone on this site{i forget who} commented on the flames other jersey ,the horse one.he called it the snot horse...after that alot of people here were calling them that.I believe it is time they are christened again...i decree calgary to be known as the snot horses again on this site!!!

if bert needs to sit awhile longer to get healthy,then yes.putting him out too soon to be physical might aggravate existing injury and then he's no good to us at all..right? he's playing game 2 regardless so i geuss we'll find out how ready he is..lets go wings!!!!

the replay i saw,and the angle,to me looked like cheechoo was trying to avoid the hit and by doing so put his knee in line with hartnells,didnt seem like hartnell had cheechoos knee in his sights...but thats just my opinion...regardless i still think hartnell is a dirty player,he was looking to clobber him for sure.

it seemed that calgary just plain had a hard time getting the puck.wings puck posession style is looking good for them.passes seem crisp and accurate....hard to score if you dont have the puck.unless we have catastrophic injuries i dont see calgary posting even one win.....okay,maybe i'm expecting too much...

last year we were a better team than edmonton,but they were hungrier.thats what counts in the playoffs.are we hungry enough??? also it kinda scares me to lose games to teams we should be sailing past,injuries or not....but this game how do you shut them down when habi makes 57 saves....

if he plays for the wings the way he played for vancouver a few years ago,i would love to see him stay in a wings jersey.
