He didnt run him. He stuck out his elbow as he skated past. Probert has done FAR worse, yet you dont get guys saying theyre glad he doenst play for Detroit. It was very disrespectful for everything Aaron has done for Detroit for some random prick to come on here saying he's glad hes gone because of one elbow Downey through when Grand Rapids were getting blown out in the playoffs.

This is the words of a person who clearly didnt see any footage of the elbow, and doesnt even know when it happened deary me. It was a 2min minor for elbowing at the most, made worse by their goaltender diving around like he'd been shot. Was a love-tap compared to some of the things previous well-loved Wings have done.
