Well the stats in the other thread show theres alot of 4th line productivity going on, and thats just from the "goons." And Ive seen about 50 (rough estimate) non-detroit games so far this season to answer your question. Do I really need to drag out Draper Maltby and Kopecky's stats and compare them with other 4th lines? Cos I really cant be bothered to do that...actually I cant be bothered to do it either way. Im lazy. -

You clearly didnt read my post properly then. I said the wings 4th line is the worst in the league in terms of production and not skill. I clearly stated the not skill bit. -

He compared our 4th line players, to other 4th line players who we consider too "goon"-ish and skill-less to play for Detroit, in terms of production. And showed they produce alot more. One other thing to consider with these "goons" is that alot of them are from teams from lower down the conference, where regualtion losses happen every other game. So take that into factor, and it shows how impressive theyve performed, and also how woeful our 4th line is. -

Not to mention actually provide a bit of energy like a 4th line is supposed to do. Our 4th line atm must be the worst in the league. Not in terms of skill, but in terms of purpose and production. If we're going to have a 4th line for scoring, which we shouldnt, then it should at least do that. An energy line is what this team needs to give it a kick start, as well as some roster moves to let them know their current play wont be tollerated. -

Theyve given me these pill thingies. It seems to have shrunk and gone all spongey, and isnt as painful now. So happy days for me Obviously the correct course of action was surgery...but what do these dentists know?

Some people on here have a real issue of trying to start an arguement out of nothing. Did I say Babcock had nothing to do with it? I said the opposite. Hes part of the Wings, I said they won the cup. I also find the blind faith everyone is showing in Babcock quite worrying, like hes some kind of God who cant make a single mistake. Just to correct a few people in the thread, Mike Babcock DID NOT win the cup last season. The Detroit Red Wings did. And theres alot of that Detroit Red Wings that is missing/has changed this year. The biggest change being at coach level. -
