There was NOWAY they were gonna call that.....if they had it would have defeated the purpose of them giving the Pens the advantage on that PP to try and tie it up.....they looked the other way on purpose IMO.....and no I don't think it's a consipiracy against the Wings.....it wouldn't have mattered who the Pens were playing....unfair, outrageous calls at the last minute of the game were gonna be called in fav of Pitts no matter who the opponet was!

Will his name be on the Cup? I was thinking there is some rule about the # of games that have to be played to get your name on the Cup?? As far as his personal life....that is a sad story for sure.....but turning it all around is a inspiring story for sure!! I truly hope he is able to keep on the path of recovery.

That last call at the end that allowed the Pens to score was a NON call IMO.....it was very obivious that they wanted to give the Pens a last gasp to tie it up again and they nearly did just that due to THAT BAD CALL. I don't think anyone will review the overall performance of these ref's and bad calls....it will keep on going like this next yr also.

I think this article was writtten to "humanize" him.....as just about everyone was calling for his head on a platter!

I hate when they use that angle for the entire PP time....my husband thinks it's fine.

17mil for a penthouse........hope it didn't have a crane attached to it! I remember the Wings did want him to return and had offered him $4mil but he took the $4mil with NY instead and split. He was my favorite player over the yrs.....but I don't think he would ever come back and I don't think the Wings want him back.

I thought a team is supposed to be able to beat the other team with 5 on 5....am I missing something here? Why is Crosby and coach demanding more PP's? They are getting plenty of them! I admit I have never paid much if any attention to the after game interviews....even thru all the other cups we won....but this demanding of PP's is totally pissing me off Just WHO do they think they are...."unless the rules change" WHAT? In the middle of the Finals the rules need to change for Pittsburg! Do these people actually say these things....out loud?....in front of cameras? Incredible.

I am confused.....I just watched that video of Crosby saying that the refs better start calling us for penalities or they get the puck! We spent most of the 1st period in the box....plus a good goal waved off....what more advantages do they think they should get?? I hope we spend less time in the box but these stats are amazing!!

This eva guy sounds just like my husband....anytime we get a obiviously bad call he will say the refer is right....even if all the analysts and papers and reruns show clearly it was a bad call. I watch the games in the opposite room....it really gets on my nerves and I want to enjoy the game and how good our guys are!!

This is so dumb...he's in....he's out....every few hrs it's a different story! I am not reading anything about this topic anymore...it's like being on a rollercoaster ride!

The problem is WILL the ref's actually allow us to have a goal??? If Homer is anywhere near the net it will be waved off....I am feeling rather ill and upset right now....I have never seen such a stupid call....and WHY is it not reviewed? Anytime a team scores it should be reviewed not just waved off because this blind ref said so!!
