It was. Kronwall did absolutely nothing that could be considered an infraction there. It wasn't even a "he kinda did something but you shouldn't be calling that" situation, it was a "what the hell are you watching?" situation.

Apparently, if a player is in front of you, you have to skate in front of him and turn around to not get a penalty... That was picture perfect D by Kronwall.

Ooof, I just found out I've got an accounting quiz due in 2 hours, so I won't be able to pay much attention to the 1st little bit of the game. Hopefully the Wings score 8 or 9 times anyway.

I just said he had no obligation to fight. If someone wants to jump him and beat him and put his team down a man, that's fine. Because it is definitely nice to see pests fed their lunches every now and then.

I'm with you. You have no obligation whatsoever to fight after a clean hit, no matter how big it is. Ott was playing the role of the agitator PERFECTLY. Lay on a huge hit, then try to draw a penalty and don't drop your gloves. Bush league move by Hnidy, too. And yeah, those announcers were absolutely pitiful.

That seems like a perfectly reasonable list of expectations to me. You just come off as FAR too negative when they're not all being met. This team is good enough that they can win without all those things happening.

At first I thought he was just having difficulty expressing his thoughts in English, and they were coming out more negatively than he wanted. But ever since the start of the regular season, I've been thinking troll too.
