QFT means Quoted For Truth, usually used to express agreement with another person I guess. I read somewhere that people used to quote and say it as evidence in case someone edited a post at a later time.

For those asking about Homer, they didn't really say much besides the fact they took him to the hospital. I don't understand why they'd have to though, since (I assume) the trainer or team doctor or whatever can stitch them up there.
