+1 for that. This sucks people, but we as fans, and waaaaay more importantly the Wings as players have been here before. They can, and I truly believe, will pull this out.

Rafalski played one of the worst games I've ever seen from him. Just pretend it's the Olympics, Raffi. It hurts to say it, but Nick was bad tonight. Reminds me of that Rory Fitzpatrick commercial Hank was not his normal self until late in the 3rd. And I hate calling people out. I do think everyone will be better on Tuesday and for the rest of the series though. I have faith, I hope everyone else does too.

Not more intellectual, just more important at the moment But I agree, I like these games (when it's not the Wings playing them, anyway). Goals are a hell of a lot more fun to watch than 2 teams playing the trap, that's for sure. But I do enjoy low-scoring games too, as long as they've got good chances.

I agree with you 100% BlueMonk, this is a great game. Playoff hockey at its finest. And much easier to watch than if the Wings were playing.

On the netcam in looked like it wasn't between Halak's pads. And I'm not sure how beneficial the non-call was on their 2nd goal, it looked like Knuble was pushed in.

A hat trick for Kostitsyn. There have been quite a few 2 and 3 goal games the past couple days. They weren't reviewing the previous goal, but something that happened between the same whistles that might have gone in.

It should've been a penalty. Ruutu fell in really awkwardly, and his acting fooled me, too. I thought he was seriously hurt. It wasn't that far-fetched though, given the way he fell in.

Val's the man. He usually has good games, IMO, but last night was an exceptional one. I expect a lot of exceptional playoff games from him, because he really steps up, and steps up big this time of year. He was all over the place last night, getting and creating and being a part of all sorts of great chances. And Babs should have put him out when it was 6-4. He proved in the Olympics he's the ENG king .
