Yeah, he's definitely not happy about it.
-
How do you figure? I have an Ovechkin RBK Edge jersey ordered from NHL.com with a tie down.
-
Thanks, Matt. I really love these.
-
The answer is Finland. And the reasons are so obvious, I'm not even going to bother backing it up with facts or evidence.
-
It was actually not even a little bit like that. Except for the part where their knees hit. It was definitely dirty, and probably worth a game or 2, but Ovechkin didn't stick his leg out to hit a guy that was getting by him, he just led with his right knee out in front. Like I said, it's still dirty, but I don't think it's as bad as Laraque's knee.
-
Well, I guess I would rather have him be disinterested than uninterested at least.
-
Pleeeease no more Finns on the Ducks. I hate when people that I like play for a team I hate.
-
, I guess your overwhelming dislike for him outside the PP makes it hard to see.
-
I didn't know you had this kind of optimism in you, JR. I pretty much agree.
-
/thread right there I think. Oh, he's a good hockey player too. I'll throw that in there to appease the Crosby fans.
-
I think another difference worth pointing out is that Messier came from behind Modano. Even with your head up, there's absolutely no way to defend yourself against that hit.

I just downloaded and installed it on my Droid. Obviously I would prefer to watch stuff on TV or on my computer, but in a pinch, this will more than suffice. Very, very cool
-
I'm glad he's optimistic, and I hope he can be 100% by the Olympics, but obviously I don't want him playing if he's not absolutely, positively ready.
-
This is pretty awesome news.

Wings win 14 to 3. That is all. Let's f***in' rage.
-
Back when I started playing hockey, I would always pick #88 because I loved the way Lindros played. Granted, I hate when I see kids rocking numbers like that now, but gimme a break, I was like 6 or 7. It was a very sad day when he stopped playing.
-
Nice job, Finns These scores are complete and utter horses***, 11's good enough for 2nd best?
-
This really is pretty much best case scenario for what happened there. I'm not saying this as a homer, but after watching and rewatching that shift multiple times, but if Laraque doesn't get suspended for a decent amount of games, this league is further degrading into laughing stock status. That was honestly one of the dirtiest shifts I've seen in a long time. The high stick wasn't just a high stick, but the more you watch it, it's a slash to the face, and then add on the seeming purposeful knee to Kronner. I hope something bad almost happens to Laraque. Just enough to scare him, ya know?
-
Holy hand-eye coordination, Batman.

I love Sporcle. There are some ridiculously hard hockey ones on there, like OHL 100 point scorers since 2000 or something like that.

I mean, I guess he should he be suspended, but that hit happens all the time with no injury. Technically against the rules, but Dorsett was close enough to the boards that I'm really surprised he was so severely injured.
