Nice explanation, Doggy. I'd have to say this is the most often misunderstood provision of the new CBA. I just want to see a team put like their 2 or 3 top paid guys on LTIR the day of the trade deadline, trade for some big name guys, and keep your original players out until the playoffs. That could be fun.
