First of all, the important stuff: I wish your brother a speedy recovery, it is hard enough to see it happen to family at the end of their years. I can't begin to imagine what you and your brother are going through right now. I will take a little consolation in the fact that the team I root for seems to live up to ideals that are more important than winning a game. I have always felt that the organization has shown something more than just success on the ice, and this re-affirms it. Proud to be a fan right now...

Wow, this is really sad, he always seemed so indestructible. I wish the news articles paid a little more attention to the fact that he was not just a tough guy, but a pretty damn good hockey player. R.I.P Bob, and my condolences to your family.

Maybe I will sound like the unreasonable voice of optimism, but as many things as I have seen wrong over the past few games this team of ours seems to be addressing them one by one as these last few games go by. We have players getting hot and the team as a whole getting back to the piont where they can slow a game down defensively when the time comes. I'm not banking on the cup, but I'm not feeling too bad about our chances either... I should edit all that, but I meant it so It will have to stand

Well this is seeming like a low stress game to watch so far; that tells me they better ramp up the pressure in the 4rd. No letting them back in

Wow, and I thought I was getting raped... one thing that seems to work with them from my experience (in Oregon at least) is to call up and make noises about dropping services, that seems to get them to offer the current sales and specials
