I watched the end of the game against the Ducks, he did play defense in this game as well. And I think he played over 25 minutes of it.

I am so with you about Flip. It seems that Dats had his better shifts when he was on PK with Flip. With Sammy first line has trouble entering Preds zone 5 on 5.

On the sidenote, during a game when Boogard was a scratch he was around the team's bench in suit and glasses. Looked nothing like a fighter and was giving some meaningful comments about the game

My only complain is Samuelsson being on the first line. He is there only temporarily (until Z comes back) and Flip seems to be a better fit with Datsyuk. I wonder if Babcock just do not want to put him on the 4th line.

I have one problem with Sammy. Playing with Dats is not the most difficult thing in the world. Unless your name is Zetterberg you should do just as Flip said when playing with Datsyuk "try not to be in the way". Rather than shoot from 60 feet away give the puck to Dats and find a better place to shoot from. Puck will find you.
