There's no such thing as free parking. You can park around the streets for free then worry about break-ins. Cobo is $10, JLA is $20. I suppose if you park at a casino and don't gamble, you could go for free. Most have buses.

I would hope that a rep working for the wings would know what she is talking about. My guess is the papers will let you know soon. As far as VS they might carry the banner raising, they might have a preview of the season. I'm not sure what to tell you there.
