Well when I got my tickets two years ago it was about six games into the season and they asked you what price range you wanted and then told you three or four spots you could choose. If you wanted a certain area you might have to go to a cheaper seat.

I still don't think new ticket holders will be able to pick tickets until AFTER the 24th of August. Current season ticket holders are invited to a ticket exchange next week. I'm not going to type the letter, however it basically states current ticket holders will be able to walk around the Joe and seats with a red tag are available. If it's an up grade or you want to switch to the other side of the rink, you'll be able to. And IF IF there's lower bowl seats available you can move there too. Once you've made the swap your old tickets are on the market for other ticket holders. The longer you've had them the earlier in the week you can choose. I don't know if you can get more tickets. I think it's a one for one deal.

If price isn't an issue the casinos should be open. Book now. $300+ a night. There's also the Courtyard Marriott Hotel on the people mover route that has some kind of deal if you have tickets.

Good luck, like I posted earlier everyone is getting a chance to get better seats there's a whole week of it. So more then likely they won't know until AFTER the 23rd of August due to the fact all current season ticket holders get a chance that week to move. Hench them not knowing what's available.

I have them and will be selling some. It must be really bad, I got a letter last week for the 1st annual trade seat program. I get to go down and look at all the available seats and if I like I can pick better ones then I have now. Or if I choose I can keep the ones I have. Granted I'm at the end of the week so I imagine the seats I want will be gone, but this is the third year I've had them.
