I'd call it a dirty chop. Apparently you are such a damn homer you can't look at it as dirty. By the way, fans of other teams are all calling that play dirty. Fans of the Preds, Stars, Sharks, Hawks, and others all agree with the way we feel. Only you dickface Calgary fans actually thought it was clean.

The Wings are out for blood. They are going to kick the s*** out of Calgary tomorrow. Edit: Interesting seeing on HFboards on all the fans of other teams saying what s*** Calgary is. It's nice to see we are not the only ones who see this. Hopefully, Colin Campbell sees this too, and suspends some of these assholes.
-
Calgary fans can kiss my ass. What f***in pieces of s***. Their glad he did it? It was staged? Motivating the team? What kind of garbage is that team running? I'd like to see someone club Iginlas chest and see how they feel. f*** them.
-
It's a swirling tornado of fire over there right now. Best not venture into that situation. Although if any Flames fans think that what McLennan, Iginla, and Langkow did was not dirty, then I have a message for you: Go to hell. Those three pieces of s*** shouldn't be in hockey. I'm pissed about this.
-
Mclennan, Iginla, Langkow. What s***. There better be at least one suspension coming out of this. Other than that, great game Wings! Woooooh!!!!!!!!!!! Let's take 'em down in Calgary!!!!!!!!!!

Given if we had enough Cap room, I'd take Walker in an instant. He'd be such an upgrade of Samulesson. Unfourtantly though, Carolina will probably re-sign him.
-
Calder is a UFA. You do not bench a player that you would like to keep. If he get's benched today, and especially for a putz like Samulesson, you might as well forget about Calder coming back here.

You learn something new every day. Thanks for the clarification.

San Hose? SAN HOSE? Woah. That's actually the first time I've heard it that far off. By the way, it's pernounced San Jose. With a J, not an H. You know, I'm curious to know why you guys are so afraid of San Jose. In case you haven't heard, Big Joe does not bring it to the playoffs, and is basically useless. The only players to really watch out for are Patrick Marleau and maybe Cheechoo. San Jose plays very gritty, which does worry me, but they really don't scare me talent wise. Again, Big Joe is a useless blob in the playoffs, so if anyone is going to be feared it should be Marleau. Also Nabokov has been playing good lately too though, so we'll have to find a way to beat him too, if we make it that far.

If Rob Parker died, would anyone notice? I'm sorry if I sound like an insensitive bastard, but seriously. Rob Parker is such a s***bag. He contributes nothing to society except hating all things in sports. Of course, if he didn't shoot insults at people you'd think something is wrong. It's kinda just become an everyday thing.
-
Babcock likes Samuelsson because Samulesson is a big body, and Calder is somewhat small. Babcock misses the point though, as Calder is gritty and Samulesson is a *****.
-
I can't believe he's actually considering scratching Calder for that puss bag Samulesson. If he seriously does this, I will be so mad...
-
EYEAHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm seriously happy about this, even if it does mean playing San Jose. If Nashville doesn't resign Forsberg, it'll be piss on their face. Giving up Upshall, Parent, and two draft picks for potentially nothing. Haha, how funny is that. Now I'll be going to bed happy.

When has Kronwall ever helped the PP? He was horrible at controlling the puck, and his one goal meant he wasn't an offesnive powerhouse either. Still better than Samulesson though. Kronwall was a great physical player, and I loved the big hits he'd lay on guys. We could use a physical guy like him on the blueline against Calgary.

Who's Toretella? Anywho, John Tortorella really does have a bad temper and is occasionally a hot head. That being said though, I still think he's a great coach. He's not afraid to call a player out if there not having a good game, despite their status of how long they've been on the team or any other crap like that, that usually exempts players from criticism. Tortorella is a great coach in my opinion.

With the current budget situation though, and the amount of rookies that will soon be ready to play full time, there's not much better. I know we can come on say "Let's sign Chris Drury", but is there any chance of that happening? No, probably not. A player I would like to see here, and you probably know him Lou, is Brad Isbister. He hasn't been all that great the past couple of years, but he is a former 20 goal scorer not too long ago. And to add to that, he fights!
-
I'd play Kozlov over Kopecky too. Kopecky's one goal in 26 games wasn't all that impressive, and really wasn't all that gritty to begin with. He did hit guys, but really didn't stand out all that much, at least that's the way I look at it.
-
Chelios is great. In no shape or form is he a lieability. He plays with grit and heart, and is a great guy. I've met him a few times myself at GLSC ice arena.
-
That, and I really haven't heard many Wings fans call Iginla "Iggy".
-
Just admit it. You don't like Kozlov because he doesn't drop the gloves. You've got to admit though, he'd be 1000 times better then Samulesson.
-
It's his own fault for taking the drugs in the first place. He might as well get his golf clubs ready for all of next winter and move down to Florida or Arizona, because he's more then likely done for good.
-
That is actually a pretty good idea. Though I don't think Matt or any of the mods will go for it, since this is a place where you come to discuss what's on your mind.
-
Yep. Go Wings!!!!!!!!!!

Filppula will never get PP time. For being one of the Wings best players lately, he hardly even get's a regular shift. I would like to see him on the PP though. He moves the puck well and has very good vision when it comes to passing and setting up plays. Anything has got to better than Lang on the PP. Instead of finding a hole in coverage, Lang tries to pass through the guys legs. Naturally the puck is intercepted, cleared down the ice, and I find myself screaming at Lang and saying he sucks. But, by brining this thing with Lang up, I hope this doesn't turn into another Lang based topic. We have enough of those as it is.

ESPN Poll: Which team has the most intimidating fans?
Kp-Wings replied to White Out's topic in General
How do the Toronto Maple Leafs have intimidating fans? Does the dull roar of an occasional "Go Leafs Go" chant actually scare people or something? I'm also suprised to see Columbus on that list. They have yet to even come close to iceing a competitive team yet, and I really don't know how much the fans truly get into it down there. Maybe if the Blue Jackets have a good team they might be, but I haven't seen much yet.
