He did say the Wings will win though, so I give him credit for that. Plus everything he said was basically true, so you can't accuse him of lying. And whoever said Roenick signed with Philly because they have better goaltending is a lie. The Wings offered him around 8.5 million to sign here. The Flyers nearly doubled that with an 11.5 million dollar offer. Now, if you were a hockey player, which offer would you have taken? Yeah, I thought so.

This really suprises me, considering the Flames are a Canadian team. And in Canada, most people are usually born with a pretty keen knowledge of hockey in general.

How incredibly lame. Why do you keep going on about Bertuzzi? You can see none of us even give a flying f*** about his back surgery, mainly because the Wings really gave up nothing to get him. Drop it already. You don't see me going over to a Sabres message board pointing out all the flaws of Dainius Zubrus. Or how I could go on about how you gave up a pretty good prospect in Jiri Novotny for a rental player that will most likely leave the Sabres after this season. So please, just drop it.

I'd say Kronwall over Lilja, mainly because Kronwall has played more games.

I don't know why everyone hates Roenick. He is probably one of the few hockey players left that has an actual personality. Most of these guys give the traditional "cookie cutter" interview. Roenick at least makes it interesting for people to listen to him. He does have a big mouth, but I still like him.

No suprises. Hardly anybody picks the Wings to do anything. Ah whatever. We'll wait and see what happens.

Mikael Samuelsson Since he's in the lineup, might as well be positive.

I hope playing in Montreal doesn't ruin him. He's a fantastic goalie, and I'd hate to see another future star goalie fall apart from playing in Montreal.

People would still show up if it was in Vancouver. New Jersey, on the other hand, would look more like the United Center in a matchup featuring the Blackhawks and Blue Jackets. That matchup could be an all too real possibility for the SCF. I would probably still watch it, being that it is hockey and it is the finals, but I would probably be very bored in the process.

I think he'll play. It's all mind games at this moment people!

This ticket crap is talked about so much, it's starting to really get annoying. It's almost like the booing Fedorov discussions, or the Williams and Lilja for Ryan Smyth trade rumors. There is a reason people aren't going. People are poor. The economy is bad. People don't want to spend money on hockey tickets because there are things they need it for, like bills and taxes. This situation is no different now than it was at the beginning of this season.

Well that New Jersey - Tampa Bay series should match the excitment that any other series can throw at it. *shot*

Don't worry. Rumors say he's saving that trade for the day of the draft.
