Eh, I miss him so much. He was just awesome to watch. They just don't have guys like Probie anymore.

That's because TSN is canadian biased, and the Wings don't have that many canadians on the team anymore. I'm sure Don Cherry has an imput too, considering how much he hates the Wings this year.

The west is boring for one thing. If Chicago was anywhere near respectable, then I would enjoy watching the Wings play the Blackhawks again. And not to mention the fact of all the other boring teams: St. Louis, Columbus, Phoenix, and who could forget Minnesota? While I admit, the east does have the worst team to watch, that being the Devils, but there is so much more out there to watch like Toronto, Montreal, Boston, NY Rangers, Philly, Buffalo, Islanders, etc. And another thing: The timezone suits the Wings so much better. The Wings just can't win out west. How do you figure the Wings blow a 3-0 lead to San Jose and let it 9 straight goals? I don't think something that dramatic would have happened if San Jose was in the same timezone. And to cap it off: The Wings-Av's rivalry is no more. There's nothing there. It's just like watching Columbus or any other team now. The only team in the west I consider a true rival is Nashville. Edmonton is not our rival. They suck. After that, I see no possible teams that would really even be considered the Wings rivals. Calgary? They haven't played each other in a playoff series in 3 years. Make that 4 for Anaheim. Not much when you think about it.

Sounds more like an Avalanche crowd to me. I do believe you though. Most teams (and fans!) really have it in for the Wings.

I stated that because the guy said any team that has Bootland should be in one of the last spots. I personally think this is a pathetic claim, considering that Bootland is probably a better player than Langfeld. Bootland, at least, brings toughness to the lineup. Langfeld brings nothing. That's what I was getting at.

Why are you making such a big deal about what I said? Because I don't feel that Datsyuk deserves that kind of money? So what? It's my own opinion, I can say what I want about him. And besides that, it's not like I'm the only one who has posted something negatively about Datsyuk here. So don't start the namecalling just at me. And I hate to tell you, but I'm not an NHL player. So I can't exactly show you anything in the playoffs. Maybe if you come watch me in my senior league though...

Oh boy... I'm going to pitch a nice, friendly question here. If say, the Wings did not get Bertuzzi at the deadline, would anyone have posted that interview or really mentioned it? I'll go with no as my answer. Just another chance for the Bertuzzi to take another stab at the guy just because they don't like him. I'm curious to here what any others have to say about my question though.

Curtis Granderson - Filppula Granderson has a lot of potential, and has shown it at times last season, just as Filppula has shown his potential at times this season. I'd compare those two.

They could if they all took paycuts (which is the most likely for Maltby, Schneider, and perhaps Calder). That, and if Datsyuk wasn't a greedy bastard about the money he wants. Yes, I am implying that I'm not a big Datsyuk fan right now. If he wants his money, show me something in the playoffs.

Is Josh Langfeld any better?

HERE... WE... GO... AGAIN... This thing with Winnipeg: I'm just can't figure out why people are so obsessed with having a team move there. I think it would be ok, I admit, but there are way too many flaws to put a team back in Winnipeg. First of all, the new arena isn't big enough to support an NHL team. The MTS Centre, if I can remember correctly, had a maximum capactiy of about 11,000. Considering the average NHL arena has a capacity of about 18,000 or more, this is way too small. Granted the arena seating could be expanded, but I don't think anyone wants a situation like the Phoenix Coyotes had when they played at the America West arena where as many of the seats had obstructed views because of the seating expansion. Second of all, the city couldn't support the team before, so what makes you think they can now? They have fan support, but no corperate support. I hate to say it, but corporate support is what really brings in the money in todays NHL. So you can see that these two roadblocks is what keeps Winnipeg from having a team again.

I will now write a letter to our GM: Dear Ken Holland: Please wait until after the playoffs to sign Pavel Datsyuk. If he has another bad playoffs and you give him 7 million, I and many others will be extremly disappointed. And I also plan to eat your face if you do this. Thank you for your time in this matter. Wha'd I tell you guys back in last Sundays GDT? Now if only San Jose misses, and Colorado takes their place my prediction will have came true.

Calm down. I never said they have an average of 12,000, I said that was one of the clauses in the team agreement that I've heard from various hockey websites. I don't know any personal information on the Predators, I'm just going by what other websites have said in the past to answer that other guys question. If I'm wrong on what I said, then I apologize.

I love Kyle Calder. He is such a hard worker out there. His gritty play along the boards is something that was much needed for the Wings. Go Calder and Go Wings! ...And I hope to be posting some Bertuzzi love in here too.
