Yeah, thats what im doing. I drink a protien shake every morning, before bed and after my workouts. I also try to eat 500 caleries every 2 hours and for the most part not fast food. Ive been doing this for about 5-6 months and have gained 30 lbs so far

Damn. I wish i could switch weight with you. I weigh 190 lbs and I am working on being in the 210-220 range.

I agree. I remember reading something about the Wings team leaving for a road trip a day later than scheduled so they could attend a Tigers World Series game. Detroit is a great sports town in general

I have mixed feelings about the shootout. On one hand I like the excitement it brings to the game, but it’s not won as a team like it should be… instead it’s a one on one performance between the goalie and the shooter. I was surprised the see Sammy before rex, but im not the coach, and don’t know what goes on behind the game itself. Considering our overall record I will trust Babs to do what’s best for the team.

Im watching this game and man Orr sure did put a beating on Fedoruk. This is also Shannys first game back since the concussion. On a side note: the game is being broadcasted on the net via Comcast

I see what your saying, but disagree. Even though I get Versus, I never watch anything but the NHL on that channel. If the NHL were on ESPN the casual sports fan could change the channel and catch a hockey game and become a fan. I don’t care if Versus treats the NHL better than ESPN would. If nobody is watching the game then what’s the point?

I live in Anchorage too. If you have a dish you can get center ice. But I asume you have cable like me (damn GCI) Well at least we'll get to see Sundays game

Wow, quite the experience you had Munkee! A little heckling and what not is ok, if it is done in good fun. It sounded like your safety was in jeopardy and maybe a visit to security to make it known would have helped. The spitting was definitely out of line. You’re a bigger man than I, If that was me somebody would have left in cuffs.
