as much as i have a man crush on jonny eric, i dont think hes dishing any whoppings to pronger wishful thinking, and i hope he proves me wrong, but i dont see it happening. id love to see downey come up for this round though... we all know the ducks are going to be out for intent to injure key people. thats the only way they can win. im not really too excited about this round.

well chnl 4 called my buddy who reported it to them, they ARE investigating why this guy isnt being prosecuted. if he tells me any more info ill let you know. they called him, got all the info he had, including the guys confession on line, and are heading to columbus to further investigate.

i was watching the game w/ my old man last night and he was actually the one to point it out to me. he just called me and i was telling him how i emailed chnl 4 about it. he said he talked toa guy in class today who was a former sheriff, and that guy said if enough people called the arena, the columbus police dept and notified th news... as to why this guy was not put in jail and prosecuted on assault and battery... and subsequently banned from the stadium for x amount of time(like the guy at th pistons game) then they would be forced to do something about it... what say yee? lets make something happen here.

i showed this to a buddy and he went nuts, he contacted all the local news teams w/ the story and link and also espn... i sent channle 4 a email just to make him happy but i know its a long stretch... who knows. maybe they can find the fan and see how hes doing, and find the ackets fan and hold him accountable.

it seams as though the tool that beat th crap outta that guy was the same guy in the fight video at the joe... and conveniently they aren't allowing new members on that web site so i cant call that tool out and challenge him. must be sweet to get all that prais for tackling a guy from behind, unbnounced to him, and smash his head into the boards... i think we should find the guy who was assaulted and turn this tool over to him so he can press charges and sue.
