i personally think the Wings can and WILL take this series BUT: why are so many of you so sure Marty Turco is just going to stink up the place? he made what, 61 saves last game!? thats incredible. hes been playing incredible. i really dunno what to expect...

it wont be replayed on Versus. apparently replaying game 4 from the Pens and Rags is a better idea. we dont get to see enough of them.

okay people seem to be divided about the idea of facing the Stars. anyone's opinion id really like to hear on this: why or why not are you afraid of the Stars? to me, yes they bounced the Ducks, BUT the ducks had absolutely no scoring power. theyre most likely about the take out the Sharks, kudos to them for that, but as we know Nabokov/Sharks cant seem to win the big game. im not taking away from the Stars, but to be 100% honest im not seeing the scare factor in them. i mean whose scoring for them? ive been watching quite a few of them games and i couldnt tell you. who, Lehtinen? Modano? YES i do think it will be a longer series, but that should be expected at this time of the playoffs, but i feel i have confidence in saying i think the Wings can and most likely will take out the Stars. The way the Wings played last night, their transition game was just.... downright incredible. yes i know the Avs were depleted, yes i know apprently Theo is a choker, but you have to give that credit to the Wings team. should be fun to watch.

i like how the Avs fans on their forum are just so certain that the Stars are going to beat the Wings in the CF. more mobile defense, better goaltending... blah.

looking forward to both games tonight, but especially the one between the Sharks and Stars. of course i want to see the Sharks eliminated but id like to see them stretch out this series as much as possible - but i just dont know how likely that is. It's not that im afraid of the Stars but it would be nice to see them play an extra game or two before taking on the Wings. Habs and Philly tonight on CBC/VS @ 7:00. i have a slight enjoyment for watching the Habs, also id like to see these series go as long as possible. Should be a fun one to watch. i expect the Habs to play very strong tonight because a loss puts them down 1-3.

my vote goes to Pittsburgh. they're the only team left that really scares me between the Wings and the Cup. i dunno if the Wings defense/Penalty Kill could handle Crosby/Malkin/Hossa/Sykora/Gonchar
