very nice win. Franzen goin crazy, gets the GWG. the primary scoring is starting to excite me. Zetterberg, Datsyuk, Homer, Franzen, Cleary and thats just the forwards yet. good job hasek by recovering nicely after giving up a few, but the detroit offense bounces back.

SOOOOOO NICE to see zetterberg just kill it in the 3rd. that 3rd goal was incredible. welcome back hank! just in time for the playoffs. whew! datyuk is making plays, ozzie was wonderful tonight.

if you're looking for just the Wings in the playoffs you get the 1st two rounds on FSN Detroit (take note that sometimes a game here and there is on versus) and the conference and cup finals are on nbc and versus. cup finals were on nbc last year.

the only team i dont want in that grouping is the canucks. the flames , well we all see what happens to the flames when they get frustrated and cant score - they goon. no big deal to me. colorado seems like a paper tiger. canucks have luongo who is indeed streaky, but i dont want to chance it. so for me, most realistically, id be comfortable with the Wings playing the Preds, or the Flames, or Avs.

i absolutely love the idea of a ducks and stars 1st round series. hopefully it goes 7 games and the stars edge out the ducks and they have 5 overtimes in the series.

i hope the Wings can hang onto the 1st spot. right now arent the canucks in the 7th seed? plus of course, 1st seed in the western conference gets home ice throughout..

true, but he can also flop really badly. i dont know if i want Mac to come on in some big time pressure situations, but who knows. either way, ill be cheering him. plus, he's not under contract for next season so....

agreed. but mac out two more weeks? i just dont want him to get set up to a point where people are expecting him come into the line up and tear goalies up in the playoffs... i just want to see him play in games before the playoffs, remember, he hasn't played in any NHL games all season!

im happy to see Franzen put some pucks in the net. he seems to be playing to his potention (a frequent scorer and hustling and using his body) lets see some more the rest of the regular season and into the playoffs! good job mule!
