im glad this thread was started. while its still very early in the season, with games like last night, im starting to get very excited about this team. fighting is up, physical play is up, and if secondary scoring keeps up, look out. love how the wings have started out of the gate.

yeah i saw that too. PTI bashes the NHL because there is fighting, they dont come down on things that should be. like the vast majority of NFL and NBA players using drugs and the cases of domestic violence, but what do i know, "the NHL is dead"

Ozzie did start last game(and W) against SJ and prior to the game they were soo happy that Hasek wasn't in net and that they were getting "the back up" i love when fans underestimate Ozzie and his skills no score prediction, but i do think Henrik will continue the point steak (goin out on a limb huh?) just looking forward to watching some hockey on a friday night. go wings!

oh come on, draper is worth more than just a PK role. i love his speed and he displays an offensive spark. somewhere in the world, draperfan is one happy fella. awesome to see. so happy. best $1 ever spent by the Wings.

i dunno, it looks kinda coool. its a one time fee of $50 and shes all yours? ($50 is the promo fee) sounds pretty nice. i use sopcast as well as other p2p services but they arent reliable, but if im able to get the equivalent of nhl center ice online and pay a third of the price, im interested.

tell me about it. he plays a handful of games in a league that is one step down from the NHL and now its take it or leave it? please. his whole persona that ive read about is enough to make me sick and enough of an offense to players like dan cleary who work hard to get where they are. not by setting some type of ultimatum. im already sick of this guy.

i wouldn't pull the trigger on that. defense is thin as is. and i like the way Kronner has been playing thus far. and *fingers crossed* no injuries. yes, super early. but still, i like what im seeing so far. Hudler - mehh. the jury is still out on him. we all will know some more at the end of the season. grigs - totally unimpressed by him, dont see the hype, just cause it looks good on LGW doesn't mean that some other team obviously down in the dumps in the NHL is going to take an elite team's fodder.

Hank might "slow down" but its still Zetterberg. i dont know if i think he'd slow down, everyone knew that Zetterberg and Datsyuk were great before this season, but they're just taking it to another level this season. i wouldn't put it past the two of there both to get over 100 on the year.

kopecky on the 2nd line......you're kidding right? anywho, looking forward to some saturday night hockey, always a good time. would love to see henrik continue his assualt on the league in this game: remember, his first (and only thus far) career hat trick came against phoenix last year. go wings!
